If you must insist on facing off against Keith early, I would recommend you go to the password screen and enter JXCB6FU7 to obtain Aqua Dragon. Overall, Keith's monsters have the highest average Atk power you've faced so far. 7 Completed gives 700 strength to Slot Machine, which already has 2000 Atk (2500 in Wasteland) to start off with, which can easily turn it into a real threat, and Limiter Removal powers up all Machines on the field by a whole 600 points. Especially since they will almost certainly be powered up, as Machines get some of the most powerful power-up cards. You'd better be prepared to deal with all of these threats. Metalzoa is just naturally strong at 3000 Atk, 3500 in Wasteland. Machine King gets a power bonus of 100 points for every Machine monster on the field when it is flipped face up, and so it can achieve 3000 Atk in Wasteland rather easily. Barrel Dragon has 2600 Atk, 3100 in Wasteland, and has an annoying effect, randomly destroying one of your monsters at random when it is flipped face up. Blast Juggler can ruin your day too with its effect, which will destroy all surrounding cards when it is destroyed in battle, resulting in the untimely demise of the monster that killed it. The big cards to watch out for are Barrel Dragon, Machine King, and Metalzoa. That said, your chance of beating either of them with one of the starter decks is rather slim, though it is certainly possible. Of the two, Keith is most definitely easier. This is where the game gets a lot harder, so I would recommend grinding off of the previous duelists and nailing down a strategy before facing off Keith or Pegasus.
